As part of the BEST Region commitment to focus on our staff, we will continue to recognize staff for exemplary behaviors and reward them for outstanding performance and dedication to their clients, campus partners, and each other.
Here are some ways to recognize BEST staff:
- The High Fives Program - For staff who go above and beyond to provide service. The BEST High Five Committee will review the High Five nominations every month. Each nominee will be entered into our monthly High Five drawing for a chance to win a $25 gift card.
- Spot Awards - To recognize a BEST staff member for a significant achievement, consider nominating them for a Spot Award as part of Berkeley's Staff Appreciation and Recognition (STAR) Awards program. All BEST nominations will be carefully reviewed to determine eligibility.
- The spring 2024 Spot Award nomination deadline is April 26, 2024.
