Dear Colleagues,
As we get closer to our transition to UCPath Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), I want to draw your attention to a few important dates regarding recruiting and hiring.

August 6 - Recommended last day to post Career or Contract positions (previously August 8, moved up to allow for the two week posting requirement window to close before conversion).

August 21 - Make sure you’ve downloaded or printed out any active resumes for open recruitments before they become unavailable.

August 22, 12 PM - Current TAM becomes unavailable and TAM conversion begins (the rest of UCPath is still available).

September 4, 12 AM - New UCPath TAM is available.
Please work with your HR Partner and Talent Acquisition Advisor (recruiter) on whether posting after August 6 is advisable.Your recruiting team is available to help with workforce planning to mitigate impacts to your department. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for any assistance you may need.
Active recruitments will be converted, so you do not need to post active positions again once UCPath TAM is live.
TAM outage dates will be communicated to campus staff by email and posted online. Job aids and resources for UCPath TAM for both staff applicants and hiring managers will be shared with appropriate groups before UCPath TAM is live.
