In preparation for curtailment, Purchasing will stop processing low-value orders (less than $10K) after Friday, December 13th but will continue to process all other requests until Friday, December 20th. Purchasing will resume on Thursday, January 2nd.
This is the first year of BearBuy auto-approvals which means shoppers should be mindful of the campus closure before sending a purchase order to a supplier to avoid lost or returned packages or prevent temperature-sensitive chemicals from spoiling.
